Spring showers and snow storms aren’t deterring the progress of Kindred Resort, located at the base of the River Run Gondola at Keystone. Despite the recent snow, the PCL Construction team continues to make dramatic progress on Kindred Resort with the West Tower residences taking shape with the beginning of the 2nd level.
Located just a few steps to the Gondola, Kindred Resort’s West Tower will be home to 29 luxury ski-in, ski-out residences, three restaurants and the ski valet area and is expected to be completed in 2025. Kindred Resort is one of the most exciting real estate developments in the ski industry offering a unique opportunity to own new construction residences in a true ski-in, ski-out location. The project is expected to elevate the level of luxury at Keystone Resort and amplify the momentum of Colorado’s newest incorporated town, the Town of Keystone.

Construction is expected to accelerate throughout the spring and into the 2023 summer on the West Tower. Currently, PCL Construction is finishing the deck for the lobby area of the resort, as well as starting vertical construction on the Kindred Hotel.
