More than 100 people gathered in River Run Village, at the base of Keystone Resort, on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023 to celebrate the “topping off” of Kindred Resort’s West Tower, a building that will house 62 luxury residences ranging from 1- to 4-bedrooms.
Community leaders, Kindred Resort owners, partners and brokers gathered to sign the ceremonial beam and celebrate this important milestone.
A topping out ceremony is a construction industry tradition that commemorates when one of the last and/or tallest beams is raised into place for a new construction project. For Kindred, a ceremonial beam was signed by community leaders, PCL Construction team members, the Kindred Resort ownership group, partners and community members and then the beam was raised and placed on top of the 5th and final floor of the West Tower of this luxury ski-in, ski-out real estate development in the heart of the Colorado Rockies.
The community gathered on Oct. 18, 2023 to raise a toast, celebrate and commemorate this important milestone. Kindred Resort is re-imagining the base area experience for Keystone skiers, bikers, hikers and guests with never-before-experienced luxury amenities and high-end finishes and personalized service. Once completed (in 2025), Kindred Resort will feature an upscale hotel (managed by Vail Resorts luxury brand, RockResort), 95 luxury slopeside for-sale residences, a private club, pool and hot tubs, meeting and event space, spa and salon, retail, ski school and 3 new restaurants.
