JANUARY 2024 – January delivered one snowstorm after another, which provided powder days for skiers and snowboarders and presented some challenging work conditions for the PCL Construction crew on Kindred Resort, the premier slopeside real estate development in North America.
Kindred Resort, located at the base of Keystone’s world-class ski slopes, continues its upward momentum with the Kindred Hotel tower almost topped off, and the roof of the West Tower residences nearly completed. The construction team is continuing to make progress on the vertical construction of the East Tower residences.
The crew broke ground on Kindred Resort in the fall of 2022 and is on track for an opening next year, in 2025. Kindred Resort will feature a 107-room upscale hotel, along with two towers of 95 luxury residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, starting at $1,400,000. The slopeside resort will also offer a private membership club with lockers, valet parking, ski valet and access to the high-end amenities of Kindred, including the pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness center and the private clubhouse with food & beverage options.
