Kindred Resort continues to rise up – and create positive momentum for Keystone. The Kindred team is building the base area development for the most visited family ski resort in the world that will feature a 107-room RockResort hotel, 95 luxury residences and a private club, along with three restaurants, a new home for Keystone’s ski & ride school and more retail.
PCL Construction broke ground at the ski-in, ski-out location, next to the River Run Gondola in the fall of 2022 and since then the crews have been making impressive progress. The West Tower is topped off and framed in. Construction crews are installing the roof on the West Tower right now, while they also simultaneously work on the interiors of the 62 luxury residences ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Over at the hotel tower, the crews have topped off the structure and are wrapping the building in plastic as they continue to work on the interiors of the 107 hotel rooms.
The vertical construction continues with Kindred’s East Tower, as crews finish framing in the 3rd floor. The East Tower will feature 33 luxury residences ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms with top-of-the-line appliance packages, high-end finishes and stunning views, all located ski-front at Keystone in the heart of the action, yet elevated from it all.
