A limited culinary series celebrating Colorado’s local craft beer culture through immersive, chef-led pairing dinners. Each evening brings together lead brewers, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful storytelling, where every expertly prepared course is designed to complement, contrast, and elevate the beer it’s paired with.

Created as a gathering point for both guests and the local community, this series invites connection around the table. Expert insight is shared, and conversation flows as easily as the pours.
