Feb. 1, 2023 – Kindred Resort, the new ski-in, ski-out luxury mixed-use development at the base of Keystone Resort, is soaring upward with the installation of two tower cranes this week.
The centerpiece of Kindred Resort is a 107-room branded RockResorts, which is flanked by two towers featuring 95 luxury residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The Kindred team, comprised of local and international developers, as well as PCL Construction, OZ Architecture and LIV Sotheby’s, hosted its ground-breaking ceremony in the fall of 2022 with a projected opening date in 2025.
According to Scott Russell, Managing Partner of the Kindred development team, more than 60 percent of the Kindred residences are already sold with record-breaking per square footage pricing in Keystone. Two more residences went under contract in the past month. Currently, there are only 7 available residences for sale as part of the limited winter release.
Kindred Resort offers high-end amenities and services on par with those in Vail, Deer Valley and Aspen, including a private club with ski valet service, a full-service spa, an outdoor pool and hot tubs, plus a Kids Club. The retail space includes three restaurant concepts, as well as being the home of Keystone’s Ski and Ride School with a Keystone Sports rental shop. And, the resort incorporates meeting and event space with spectacular views to host weddings, conferences and group business.
