November 29, 2023 – The construction progress continues at Kindred Resort, the slopeside real estate development project that’s transforming Keystone’s base area experience and bringing a new level of luxury, service and energy to skiers and snowboarders in the Colorado Rockies. The West Tower is structurally topped off and the PCL Construction team is nearly finished wrapping the building to prepare for the winter season, and the ramp up of the interior work in the 62 West Tower residences.
The crew is already framing the 5th and final floor of The Kindred Hotel tower, and anticipates that the Hotel will be topped off soon. In between the Hotel and the East Tower, the PCL Construction crew is continuing to work on the slopeside pool deck and 2 oversized soaking tubs.
As of November 2023, nearly 70% of the for-sale residences are under contract with a limited number of luxury residences available for sale as part of the limited winter sales release.
The work will continue through 2024 with an anticipated opening date of Kindred Resort in 2025.
