Award winning Denver based architects, OZ Architects, named for its co founders Tom Obermeier and Alan Ziegel , is a multi disciplinary firm which works in various practice areas including cultural projects, such as museums, municipal and education facilities, urban living, workplace and hospitality projects. The firm also has a large interior design group with extensive experience across multiple practice areas.
Comprising of over 150 architects, interior designers, brand strategists and support staff, OZ has completed numerous projects, across a wide range of typology. Their portfolio of hospitality projects includes various projects similar to One River Run, one of which is the Viceroy Snowmass, a luxurious hotel in the Aspen area offering ski in/ski out lodging with a wide array of amenities, and which was ranked as America’s “Best Ski Hotel” by USA Today in November 2020.
