September 2024 – This summer, the PCL Construction crew focused on finishing the exterior of the West Tower and continuing the work of the East Tower’s exterior structure.
Now, that the leaves are changing, the construction crew has removed the scaffolding on the West Tower, revealing the exterior of the building and the gorgeous stonework and large windows of the luxury residences. The team is starting to remove the scaffolding for the Hotel Tower (the center tower). And, has wrapped the East Tower in plastic to insulate it for the winter building season.
The team has started tiling the outdoor pool, and the railings have just arrived for the West Tower residences and hotel rooms. We’re getting closer and closer every day to our anticipated opening by the summer of 2025 for Kindred, the most luxurious new slopeside property in North America.
