Community leaders and VIPs gathered on June 26 in Keystone’s River Run Village to commemorate the final topping out of Kindred Resort by signing the last construction beam of the project. The topping out is an important milestone and tradition in the construction industry. Kindred’s signed beam will be placed atop the East Tower, signifying the
