At the center of Kindred Resort is the Kindred Hotel, a 107-room luxury property managed by RockResorts, a collection of luxurious mountain properties, that's part of the Vail Resorts portfolio.
Located just steps from the world-class ski slopes of Keystone, Kindred features a ski-in, ski-out hotel with the highest-end amenities in Summit County, including a spa, salon, private club, slopeside pool and hot tubs, retail shops, a new home for ski & ride school and three new restaurants. In addition to the hotel, Kindred Resort features 95 luxury residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with a stunning and expansive meeting & event space with mountain views.
Kindred Resort broke ground in the fall of 2022 and is anticipated to debut by the 2025-2026 ski season. Hotel reservations and condo vacation rentals are expected to be available, starting in spring 2025.
