Kindred Resort offers thoughtfully designed guest rooms and spacious residences, each crafted for comfort, connection, and an elevated mountain stay.

Occupancy is thoughtfully designed by residence or room type:

• 1-bedroom residences: up to 5 guests
• 2-bedroom residences: up to 7 guests
• 3-bedroom residences: up to 9 guests
• 4-bedroom residences: up to 11 guests

King hotel guest rooms may accommodate a rollaway for a third guest, with a complimentary crib available upon request. Queen/Queen guest rooms comfortably host up to four guests, with a crib also available upon request.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are available based on availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans. Please note your request in the Special Requests section of your booking or inquire with our team at 970-546-3733 or stay@kindredresort.com.

A rollaway bed is available upon request for $75 USD per stay, subject to availability. A complimentary crib is available upon request, subject to availability.

Our restaurants welcome both resort guests and the local community, offering a warm, inviting setting to gather, dine, and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

Kindred features three on-site restaurants, along with a lobby lounge and bar. Reservations for the restaurants are not required, but are recommended. You may reserve online or contact our reservations team directly at 970-546-3733.

As part of our phased opening, Kinji Sushi and The Goodz Tavern will be opening soon. Currently, Lula’s Restaurant and our lobby lounge and bar, Kindred Spirits, are available.

We are dedicated to creating seamless activities and adventures that feel both elevated and genuinely human, leaving you with lasting memories.

Sustainability is thoughtfully integrated into every aspect of the experience, from design and operations to guest engagement. We are committed to responsible mountain hospitality through energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and local sourcing.

Guests will find simple, meaningful ways to participate, with sustainability designed to feel seamless and intuitive throughout their stay. Kindred is also aligned with Vail Resorts’ EpicPromise and is exploring certification pathways such as Green Globe and LEED as we continue to develop and expand these initiatives as a newly opened resort.

Secure underground valet parking is available at Kindred Resort, with rates varying by season:

• Winter Season (Dec 18 – Apr 11): $89 per night
• Spring, Summer & Fall (Apr 12 – Dec 17): $35 per night
• Festival Weekends (Friday–Sunday): $89 per night 

Alternative self-parking is available at the River Run Gondola Parking Lot for $25 per night (subject to change). Payment is made at the parking lot. Maximum stay is 7 nights between October 1 and April 1; no limit applies during the summer months.

Kindred Resort warmly welcomes dogs and is a proud dog-friendly destination. A maximum of two dogs per guest room is permitted. A required daily dog fee of $75 per night applies. You will also receive in-room dog amenities for your stay, including an in-house dog bed, bowl, and mat. A one-time $150 cleaning fee is due at check-in. Housekeeping cannot service guest rooms while dogs are present. Guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs are well-behaved and are liable for any damages or additional cleaning fees incurred during their stay.

All deposits are fully non-refundable once charged and confirmed. In the event of cancellation after final payment, the full value of the stay will be forfeited.

All deposits are non-refundable once your card is charged. The full balance is charged 7 days before arrival, and a 100% penalty applies to any cancellations within that period.

A non-refundable deposit of 1 night’s stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full and final payment is taken 7 days before arrival, at which point the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, are based on availability, and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and fees include a 9% resort fee, a 0.5% Keystone Neighborhood Company (KNC) surcharge, and an 8.375% occupancy tax. Reservations may be guaranteed with all major credit cards.

Kindred Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in rooms or residences.
