The PCL Construction crew is moving quickly with bringing Kindred Resort to life after only breaking ground on the luxury project in the fall of 2022. The team is pouring concrete for the 4th floor of the West Tower, that features 62 luxury residences with a projected opening date of 2025.
The Kindred Hotel is coming out of the ground with the start of vertical construction and framing of the ski-in, ski-out rooms. The crew is also busy building the structure for the pool and two hot tubs.
