Construction on the 5th and final floor of Kindred Resort’s West Tower residences has started. The PCL Construction crew is pouring the concrete for the flooring and the steel framing is set to begin for this premier ski-in, ski-out real estate development project.
The Kindred Resort project broke ground in the fall of 2022 and the construction has been on schedule thanks to a dedicated and experienced team, as well as favorable weather this summer. Kindred is expected to open in 2025 with a 107-room upscale hotel, 95 luxury residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, a spa and salon, private club, ski valet, public art, ski & ride school, retail shops and 3 restaurants.
With a prime-time ski-in, ski-out location, Kindred Resort residences are nearly 70% sold out, with only 3 available residences for purchase as part of its summer real estate sales release. (Four residences have recently gone under contract this summer)
According to the Kindred team, the interest level has been high for Kindred Resort, which is considered one of the most desirable real estate projects in the entire ski industry.
