Limited Number of Kindred Residences Announced for Sale for the Summer Release

Summer is here and The Kindred Resort team has partnered with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty to announce the limited summer release of available luxury residences for purchase. With a phased sales strategy, the team is unveiling seven (7) new construction residences for sale starting in June, 2023.

Kindred Resort is expected to open in 2025. Here’s a listing of the summer release residences:

The luxury real estate development is one of the most exciting projects in the ski industry and features a 107-room hotel, along with two towers of luxury residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. In addition, the Kindred project will completely re-imagine the base area experience of River Run Village at Keystone Resort with three new restaurants, a new ski and snowboard school, a premier retail store, a spa, ski valet and a private year-round club.

With nearly 65% of the residences for Kindred Resort under contract, this leaves only six (6) residences available to purchase for the exclusive summer release.
